Speech Therapy

Speech therapy helps individuals improve their ability to communicate effectively. It addresses problems such as delayed speech in children, unclear pronunciation, stammering (fluency issues), voice problems, and difficulties in understanding or forming language. Therapists use exercises, games, and structured activities to improve sound production, vocabulary, sentence formation, and social communication skills. It can also help people who have difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) due to medical conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy focuses on helping people perform everyday activities independently. It is especially helpful for children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, or motor coordination issues. OT improves fine motor skills (like writing, buttoning clothes, using scissors), hand-eye coordination, sensory processing, and attention skills. Therapists also work on self-care tasks such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene, helping individuals become more independent in daily life.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps improve body movement, strength, posture, balance, and overall physical function. It is used for people recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions (like stroke or cerebral palsy), or developmental motor delays in children. Treatment includes exercises, stretching, strengthening activities, balance training, and sometimes equipment support. The goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance physical independence.

Neurodevelopmental Therapy

Neurodevelopment focuses on the growth and development of the brain and nervous system, especially during infancy and childhood. It involves understanding and treating delays or disorders in areas like motor skills, speech, cognition, learning ability, behavior, and social interaction. Early intervention plays a key role, using therapies such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy to support overall development and help children reach their full potential.
